In Greek mythology, the Phoenix is a long-lived bird that is cyclically regenerated or born again.
Our version of a shoulder holster is much like a Phoenix...one main rig with interchangeable holsters give our product the ability to change and be "reborn" when you change carry pistols by simply ordering a new holster, and swapping out for the old one.
Originally designed for a Hollywood prop house, the Phoenix was first conceived as a dual-carry rig to support the weight of two sub-machine guns, such as MAC-10, Mini-Uzi, etc. After trying a few mock-ups, we settled on the current design and set to work building the prototypes. Positive feedback from both the prop house and stunt-doubles told us that we had another winner on our hands. The flexibility of colors, coupled with the highest quality hand-crafting and a design that is incredibly stable and tight to the body, the Phoenix is our offering into the shoulder holster marketspace.
The Phoenix shoulder holster is available in its base configuration of plain leather, with options of Crocodile or Python Snakeskin available. As with all of our products, there is a wide selection of base colors available, along with being able to build it in right or left handed configurations.
The base configuration is the shoulder rig itself, with one holster included, at a base price of $159. An optional double-mag carrier can be added for an extra $65. Extra holsters to swap out for different pistols are also priced at $65 each, and the base rigs can be made with dual-draw holsters as well.
Features
- The "safety harness" design of the base rigging provides a super-stable platform for your pistol and optional mag carrier.
- The single-point stabilization at the center of the back to your belt keeps the rigging in place, stable, and prevents rolling of the rigging on the shoulders.
- Adjustable elastic band across the shoulder blades keep the rigging from slipping off the shoulders, and allows for large or small chest sizes.
- Under-armpit section of rigging is adjustable to open/close for different circumferences over-and-under the shoulder.
- The design of the rigging provides for the proper pistol angle in the holster, where the muzzle does not point directly behind you. This ensures a safe direction of muzzle angle so as to not accidentally "muzzle-sweep" an unintended target.

When you place an order for a Phoenix, you'll have a few choices. Standard offering or optional mag-carrier? Maybe a dual-draw? Plain leather, or exotic skin? Solid color, or airbrushed? The options are up to you!

Your hand-made Phoenix starts as a $159 investment. Current lead time for assembly & shipping is 9 weeks. If you order your Phoenix today, it will ship on June 21, 2018. We do not export to foreign countries.
