The following applies to all sales
- Dragon Leatherworks IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for errors on the website, including but not limited to pricing errors, quantity errors, descriptions, etc.
- All returns/refunds/echanges subject to 30% restocking fee NO EXCEPTIONS, except as noted below in Leather Goods section.
- We do not export to foreign countries.
- We reserve the right to deny any sale for any reason.
- If an item is In Stock at the time of ordering, but subsequently Out Of Stock when the computer systems process the order, your credit card WILL NOT be charged, you will be notified via e-mail, and an automatic System Notification will be entered into the system on your behalf.
- Orders for firearms placed with shipping to CA / HI / IL / MA / NJ / NY / CO are subject to State Laws within those states, including but not limited to Firearms Approved Lists, Firearms Safe Lists, Magazine Restrictions, etc.
- We WILL NOT ship lower stripped receivers into the following states: HI / IL / MA / NJ / NY
- Firearms can only be shipped to a valid Class 01 FFL. It is the purchasers responsibility to arrange for their FFL to e-mail to Dragon Leatherworks a copy of their valid FFL, along with contact information and shipping address.
- All Dragons Hoard items ship free. Custom Leather Holsters and Dragon Leatherworks branded merchandise DO NOT SHIP FREE. Shipping method is at the sole discretion of Dragon Leatherworks.
- All sales ARE FINAL. No exchanges / refunds / store credits except as noted below in the Leather Goods section.
- ONLY Visa / Mastercard / Discover accepted for payment
- Tennessee Residents subject to 9.75% Sales Tax on all transactions.
- Local buyers may arrange pick-up at Dragon Leatherworks. All pick-up transactions for firearms WILL HAVE the mandatory TICS background check performed. IF YOU CANNOT PASS THE TICS SYSTEM CHECK, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY ANY FIREARM LISTED HERE! The transaction cannot be completed if you fail the TICS check, and your money WILL NOT be refunded.
Firearms Accessories
Accessories such as magazines have the following restrictions:
- Handgun Magazines will not be shipped into the following States: CA / NY
- AR Platform Magazines will not be shipped into the following states: CA / HI / IL / MA / NJ / NY / CO
Knives
Orders for knives may be cancelled at any time by Dragon Leatherworks if the State of Residence of the purchaser prohibits the import / ownership of the selected product.
Leather Goods
- Belts: Belts, as they are made to order, are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to properly measure and order the belt. Detailed instructions are provided on the ordering page.
- Holsters: Custom Holsters, as they are made to order, are non-refundable. Pre-made holsters, as found on the In Stock listing of products available for immediate shipment, may be exchanged for another pre-manufactured holster, and will be subject to inspection and grading by Dragon Leatherworks in order to determine if any scuffs, scratches, or damage was imparted. In the case of scuff, scratches, damage, etc., the holster will be rejected for exchange, and returned.
- Any claims for exchanges must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of the original order. Date of receipt determined by the date which USPS shows first attempted delivery.
